Peculiar Ambitions is part of the
Clark County Small Acreage Program’s Farm Tour this Sept 16th!

Every member of our family has their own “Peculiar Ambition” that comes together to create our homestead just south of Lucia Falls in north Battle Ground.

Reenie is a knitter and fiber artist, Ann and Paul are potters and farm animal enthusiasts, and Eve is a landscape designer, dahlia farmer, wild edible plant forager, and owner of www.GardensByEvelyn.com.

Walk an educational “farm trail,” visit farm animals, and learn how we created a small-scale homestead that can be easily maintained by following your creative bliss, enhancing your everyday life with art and farm products. Come see our gas pottery kiln in action and shop in our pottery/art/plant shop.

We are also artists and potters and love to share our work and knowledge with you.

The drive from Vancouver/Portland to our farm is beautiful, we are located in the foothills of Bells Mountain.
There are many local attractions near us, I made a list for you.
Feel free to print it off and visit some of them while you are here in the North County. Click here for Link.

Your gps will bring you right to us.
Our address is 21701 NE Basket Flat Rd. Battle Ground.

From the I-5 Battle Ground exit, head east on 502 until it becomes Main St, turn left/north onto NE Grace Ave, then turn right/east onto NE 10th St. Follow past Battle Ground Lake and beyond until the street becomes Heisson Rd, then sharp right/east onto NE 279th St. Follow until it becomes the winding Basket Flat Rd. Once this road plateaus, driveway will be on the right/south.
